For me, it all boiled down to being clear on a few significant goals and intentions, and working little by little towards them each day. ~ It didn’t involve starving myself, or 7 workouts a week. ~ I owe so much to discovering Chalene Johnson’s 131 Method to keep my eating, rest, exercise and mental health my focus.

I did it baby!!!! I’m obsessed with finding a solution between drinking the wine, feeling good in the jeans, loving the food you eat and keeping the body and mind healthy.

The Future

The 131 Method compliments a cutting edge book on pregnancy and nutrition that I absolutely love (read all about it here). I have never felt healthier, more energized, or more confident in the nutritional choices I make. I am in control, and I want to empower every person out there – to feel the same freedom with food! We gave birth to our baby girl in August of 2019, and I can’t wait to see how my nutritional knowledge base will support a healthy me, baby, and family for ever and ever.
