Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Let your morning start with this lip smacking, warm, nutritionally dense, and filling breakfast!
- ¼ c oats
- ¼ c almond milk
- ¼ c water
- 4 slices banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax
- sprinkle nutmeg
- sprinkle cinnamon
In a container mix all ingredients listed above and shake (make as many single servings as you would like! I usually make 5 for Mon-Fri to grab and go)
Leave mixture to soak overnight
Pour mixture into microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minutes or until water is absorbed and enjoy!
