Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Let your morning start with this lip smacking, warm, nutritionally dense, and filling breakfast!

Ingredients

  • ¼ c oats
  • ¼ c almond milk
  • ¼ c water
  • 4 slices banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax
  • sprinkle nutmeg
  • sprinkle cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a container mix all ingredients listed above and shake (make as many single servings as you would like! I usually make 5 for Mon-Fri to grab and go)
  • Leave mixture to soak overnight
  • Pour mixture into microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minutes or until water is absorbed and enjoy!
