Peanut Butter Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 5 tsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ c strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together Shakeology, baking powder, sea salt, cocoa
  • Blend in almond milk, egg whites, honey with a fork or whisk and mix until fluffy
  • In a mug, pour half of the mixture in and plunk in 2 tsp of peanut butter; and then add in the rest of the chocolate mixture on top
  • Cook in the microwave for 1 minute – check and it should poof up a bit, cook 30 seconds at a time until desired consistency! Mine was perfect after 1 minute and 30 seconds
  • Top with strawberries!
