Peanut Butter Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 5 tsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- ½ c strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together Shakeology, baking powder, sea salt, cocoa
- Blend in almond milk, egg whites, honey with a fork or whisk and mix until fluffy
- In a mug, pour half of the mixture in and plunk in 2 tsp of peanut butter; and then add in the rest of the chocolate mixture on top
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute – check and it should poof up a bit, cook 30 seconds at a time until desired consistency! Mine was perfect after 1 minute and 30 seconds
- Top with strawberries!
